Unfortunately in life people can make mistakes though. Maybe you received a defective product, maybe you aren’t fully satisfied with your product, maybe it doesn’t fit you, who knows. But don’t sweat it! We understand things happen, which is why we have this trusty return policy.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours or two (2) business days from the time it is placed.
When you see an item you want but it’s sold out, don’t be disappointed! Although our apparel is limited, it’s also made and sold in batches. Keep checking back and sometimes our stock will be refreshed.

PRICING POLICY
Bear Kid reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bear Kid, we attempt to get you your orders as fast as we can. If you’re faster than we are, we will sometimes be able to return your order before its sent in transit. If not, you will have to follow the normal return policy procedures.
