APPAREL RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the product in its original and unused/unwashed condition. This includes all packaging and tags so don’t throw it out before trying it on! You will have fourteen (14) days within receipt of the product to make the return and receive a refund or exchange. Before returning the product, you must e-mail Customer Service at info@bearkid.com.

All discounted items are final sale.

DEFECTIVE APPAREL POLICY
Any items that contain manufacturing defects may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. A “Defect” is considered to be a mistake that was made during the manufacturing process and not damage that was incurred whilst wearing the product. Once again, a Customer Service representative (info@bearkid.com) must be reached initially before returning the item.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
E-mail Bear Kid Customer Service at info@bearkid.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt in the format stated above. Once your e-mail is sent, a Bear Kid Customer Service Representative will respond to you within 72 hours, and provide you with a Return Code and set of return instructions. Please use suitable shipping packaging, as the item must be received on our end intact and undamaged. Your Return Code must be written on the outside of the package to be accepted. If an item is returned without a Return Code it will be declined. Once the item is received you will be contacted with information on the next course of action. Nice and easy!
